Item Creative Group LLC Brings Global Business Talent to Northeast Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts
PUTNAM, Conn. May 11, 2009 – Item Creative Group LLC, a high-energy, strategic communications, public relations and creative marketing firm, has opened a 1,200-square foot office in fast-growing downtown Putnam. The firm also has an office in New York.
The Item Creative Group Team includes Cindy Sebrell, Brad Smith, and Colby Grava Williams. Their collective experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies, international non-profit organizations, schools and universities, small businesses, health and financial institutions, and innovators in the technology, manufacturing, and engineering fields.
“We opened our office in Putnam because of its proximity to Hartford, Providence, Worcester, New London, Norwich, and Boston,” said Item Creative Group Director Cindy Sebrell. “This is a business-friendly environment within easy striking distance of six cities and many smaller communities. Establishing Item Creative Group here was an easy decision.”
It also fills a need. Businesses and organizations in Northeast Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts have had few choices if they want access to big-city skills on an accessible budget. The Item Team brings to the region a wide range of past experience that includes developing and implementing creative communication strategies for Hasbro, CVS Caremark, TPI Composites, Marriott/Renaissance, CashEdge, AMD, MAG Industrial Automation Systems, The City of Providence, US Sailing, OSI Restaurant Group, AuthenTec, Inc., Numerex, Pomfret School, Johnston and Wales University, among many others.
“Today we work with fast-growing companies making a difference in the global marketplace as well as the smaller brands trying to reach a very specific audience in an ever-crowded sea of messages,” Sebrell said. “Getting the word out about what you do gets harder every day. You have to be fast, creative, and targeted. And you have to get real, measurable results. That’s what Item Creative Group is all about.” |
